Amica is a workhorse sans family designed to give your branding, logos, and infographics a friendly, approachable look. What is it that makes a typeface friendly? To cut a long story short, friendliness in sans serif fonts can be summed up in two words — short and fat. Basically, think Danny DeVito in letter form: a rounder body, larger x-height, with shorter ascenders and descenders. Amica Pro contains 18 styles, including italics that are optically corrected “sloped Romans.”
